What is a USFS Skating Club?
A United States Figure Skating member club is a non-profit organization of skaters who enjoy the art of figure skating and have formed together to promote the sport. All Officers, Board of Directors, members, Judges and Officials are volunteers with a love for skating as recreation for all ages.
The USFS is the national governing body representing figure skating on the US Olympic Committee. It is through the USFS that skaters may test and compete and it is the only route to the Regional, Sectional or National level.
